| easyummylicious 4...Awesome Carrot Cake Carrot is my favourite vege. I love the sweetness and crunchiness of it. Carrots is one vege that forever exists in my refrigerator. One day I found this recipe in the internet. This cake is so delicious moreover it is covered with orange cheese frosting and that makes the combination so awesome. No wonder it is called Awesome Carrot Cake. Grab your apron and to the kitchen we'll go!

Awesome carrot Cake with Orange Cheese Frosting
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups all plain flour
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
2 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 cups vegetable oil
1 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 can(8 ounces) crushed pineapple+juice
3/4 cup chopped pecans/walnuts
Cheese frosting:
300 gm cream cheese
3 ounces icing sugar
grated zest of 1 orange
shredded zest for decoration
O..ya...prepare this cake 2 days ahead and refrigerate....you'll find it tastes soooo yummyyyy...hehe
