easyummylicious 2...Oreo Cream Pie



             My 3 daughters have a flair for cooking too. They love baking so much. I'm proud of their abilities and skill. I'm happy to see that my youngest daughter 15 year old Regina is good at making this Oreo Cream Pie. She just can't wait to gobble it...see the pic..it has not really firm up yet but she already took a bite of it. This pie is simply awesome!

Oreo Cream Pie
Pie crust:
10 pieces of oreo..do not split them(crused finely)
4 ounces butter(melted)
  • Mix these 2 ingredients and press in pie dish. Refrigerate.
Filling:
8 pieces of oreo(crushed finely)
1 packet cream cheese(250 gm) 
1/3 cup caster sugar
2 cups cool whipp/unsweetened whipping cream
  • Beat cream cheese & sugar till fluffy
  • Add oreo
  • Add cool whip
  • Pour in crust, decorate with whole oreo & refrigerate
