| easyummylicious 1...Spinach, Carrots & Parsnip Terrine Lately, I've been spending a lot of my time in the kitchen. Just to share with you some pics of my kitchen galore...feast and feed your eyes...enjoy! Two days ago I baked this. It's so easy to make.This is specially for vegetarians...it is Spinach, Carrot & Parsnip Terrine. It's fun making this and tasted so good.

0 SAY SOMETHING Spinach, Carrots & Parsnip Terrine
A. 10 cups of green spinach...steam till soft. Squeeze excess water. Add 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp nutmeg, a little salt & pepper.
B. 2 1/2 cups chopped carrots...boil for 10-15 mins, drain & pureed. Add 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tbsp brown sugar, a little salt & pepper.
C. 2 cups chopped parsnips...boil for 10-15 mins, drain & pureed. Add 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 beaten eggs, chopped parsley, a little salt & pepper.
Layer A, B and C in a greased loaf tin and bake using baine marie technique.
