| easyummylicious 3...Plum Cake I'm a great fan of the food channel on tv. I love Giada At Home, Iron Chef, Sugar, Down Wth The Neelys, Barefoot Contessa and many more. One of my favourites is Ina Garten of Barefoot Contessa. One day I followed her on tv baking Plum Cake. It looked nice. Plum is my favourite fruit. When Ina bakes , everything seems so easy but to tell you the truth this cake is really easy to make and very delicious. Come on guys! To the kitchen!  wanna try this? Plum Cake
A. 3/4 cup sugar(caramelized)
7-8 plums halved and arranged in a greased pie dish...cut side face down
B 60 gm butter
3/4 cup or 1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sour cream
C 1 cup flour + 2 tbsp
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
sieve dry ingredients
